REPAIRING YOUR MCDERMOTT CUE
Your McDermott cue or shaft carries our exclusive Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and warpage. In the event that your McDermott product may be in need of repair work, please follow these instructions:

1. Print out and complete the form found here. Form also includes pricing details

2. Send us your completed form, the complete cue, shaft and butt, to:

We recommend UPS, Fedex, or Priority Mail for shipping and suggest taking out insurance. Please send your cue or shaft to be repaired in a tube or triangle box, secured snugly inside. Avoid square boxes as there is an increased chance for damage during transit. Please enclose a check or money order for $21.95 to cover inspection, shipping and handling.

3. Upon receipt, McDermott will contact you with an estimate.
