Why Refurbish?
When you purchased your McDermott Handcrafted Cue, you made an investment. In order to properly protect your investment, McDermott has opened a Refurbishing Department just for you. Many McDermott cues are rare and highly collectable and other McDermott cues may simply be in need of a touch up.

McDermott uses the highest quality components available, thus a “refurbished” cue is literally like a new cue, at a fraction of the price. McDermott sincerely appreciates our loyal McDermott customers and demand has dictated the launch of our new Refurbishing Department.

We recommend UPS, Fedex, or Priority Mail for shipping and suggest taking out insurance. Please send your cue or shaft to be repaired in a tube or triangle box, secured snugly inside. Avoid square boxes as there is an increased chance for damage during transit. Return shipping is $21.95 for UPS Insured.
