  • Send us your completed form, the complete cue, shaft and butt.
  • Include specific instructions and a Return Address
  • Insure package for the value of the cue(s)
    Standard repairs require 2-3 weeks in-house plus shipping
  • For new or extra shafts we require the butt section of the cue
  • For refinishing we require both the butt and the shaft of the cue.
